Individual/Online/Telephone Counselling

I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation.  In this initial session, I’ll ask you some questions about yourself and your reasons for seeking therapy. I’ll tell you more about what I can offer, and you can ask me any questions about the counselling process or how we might work together.

Children and Young People Counselling

For children 16 years and under: I offer a free 20 minute telephone consultation with the parent/carer/guardian to get a picture of the child's life and any particular issues. The child can choose to be present at this phone call if they wish.

Payment

I accept card payments and cash (payment taken at the start of the session).

Payments for telephone and video sessions can be made by bank transfer. I ask for payments to be made before the session.

Cancellation policy

If you’re not able to make it to a session, and need to cancel, I ask for as much notice as possible. If I receive less than 24 hrs notice, I charge the full fee for the cancelled session. This payment will need to be paid before another session can be booked.
